  I will not use this dry cleaner anymore. I've had 2 items damaged by them. Both of them were hems that had come loose/torn on items (a pair of pants, and a dress) which were relatively new. Both times they refused to fix the hem for me and said I had to pay for them to be fixed. One time I was in there (waiting to be served), I had the privilege of watching an incident where they were fighting with another customer who was trying to resolve a situation where the collar of her jacket had been completely ripped away after cleaning. The customer was upset because it was a very unique looking and one-of-a-kind jacket (from what I could see of it, it was a gorgeous material and very unusual). Not only had the dry cleaning torn away the collar, they didn't even have the collar to return to the customer so it could be re-attached! It was completely missing. They had ruined the jacket and were taking absolutely no responsibility for it. They didn't even apologize. It was shocking customer service. This place is on my no-go list now.
